Who may file a Title VI Complaint?
Complaints may be filed by any individual or group who believes that their rights under Title VI have been violated in a discriminatory manner; SPORTRAN’s programs, services, or activities do not comply with federal civil rights laws; or they have been treated in a disparate manner with regard to race, color, or national origin.

Title VI complaints generally are a signed, written complaint that is filed within 180 days of the date of the alleged discrimination. SPORTRAN’s Title VI Complaint Form can be accessed here, though you are not required to use this form.
